Create No Matter What

Creativity is the river that flows through all, animating and anointing us with our own individual signatures. Our birthright and defining feature, it is the inspired energy with which we invent ourselves again and again. As well it is the backdrop of the living experience. Creativity is the process of examination, and the by-product of exploration. Life itself is a journey of infinite creative expression. And when we consciously participate in our lives with focused creativity, we tap into Source which grants us co-authorship. To be in conscious partnership with this Universal energy opens us to things unimaginable, even to ourselves. And this leads us to our greatest inspirations and realizations.

Whether or not we are aware of it, we are co-creators in our own lives and we will build our stories and construct our experiences based on our reactions to all we encounter. And whether passive or active in this construction, our stories serve as our legacies, our contribution to the living library of the human experience. To claim co-authorship with this Universal, divine energy source is a revolutionary act. It is the singularly most empowering thing we can do. It is at once a release and an embrace. To imbue any given moment with our conscious creative flourish is to be in flow. And when we are in flow, we are tapped into the infinite web of creative energy that holds unbounded possibility. We then become entirely possible. Because when we make something, whether it's a great meal, a garden, a new friendship or a choice, we are subtly (or perhaps not so subtly) changing the world a little bit. And the sum of all our conscious creations directs the changing world in a more thoughtful and beautiful way. Creatively conscious evolution on a mass level always begins with the individual. This is how we kick the ass of Fear.

Create something, anything, great or small, that brings you joy because you already have all the tools you need to produce it. And then do it again and again and again. Habitual consciousness begets itself virally. We are each drops of water in this sea of humanity, but the impact of our collision with the surface changes it forever. Create no matter what, because we have the choice to do so, and that's all we have.
