venue in Benton Harbor's Arts District.
Just one taste and it's clear that The Livery brewmaster and owner Steve
Berthel's first passion is beer. But music is evidently a very close
second and that combination has made The Livery the venue of choice
in southwest Michigan for lovers of great original music and
award-winning "Hand Forged Microbrews." Over a century ago the
Palace Livery building was a unique meeting place for residents and
visitors alike. Loving renovation and repurposing has enabled the
building to carry its tradition forward.
